You'll need to replace the turret (CMD is a good choice) the gun barrel (look at modelPoint), wheels (CMD again), and tracks. The rear engine deck needs to be cut down a bit to induce a rearward slope and, to be honest, too much work to start with the kit. It's easier to begin by scratchbuilding ;-)
