That is the Mk.1...

Hi,

Isn't that the Mk.1? I know the A41 or the Mk.1 were armed with the 17 pdr. My original question is why the Centurion in my initial posting shows a Mk.III type turret mounting a 17 pdr.

As Paul explained, I guess it is an early Mk.II. I really need to stock up on Centurion books.

BTW, my favorite Centurions are the A41 prototypes and the Israeli Sho't.
