I read on some website that this is an urban camo... If you are talking specifically about tanks and India, the only one I've seen was the T-72. I've also seen BRDM-3 Gaskin, MT-LB Strela's and Shikla's ia a very similar camo in green instead of sand! Don't know which country they came from but they look very cool.
Unfortunatly I don't have the link, I was just surfing the net for some MT-LB pics.
