Guys,
Thanks for your help on this one. Sounds like if I'm going to do a Centurion with a 17 pounder, I need to do a Mk2. I'm leaning toward just doing the kit as intended - a Mk3, since these were used in Korea. Unfortunately, my Concord book on the Centurion in currently in storage in the states (I'm in India) so no chance of getting to it. I'll just stick with the kit gun tube. I've got the Eduard set for this beast, and I'll stick with the kit tracks unless they're horribly inaccurate (they looked fine to me).
BTW, great reference site by Ozzie. I've got some shots from Bovington, if you'd like them for the reference sets. Let me know.
