Basically Russian green oversprayed with sand and gray. As I recall, some were so new that the Russian numbers could still be seen on the sides, with Arab numerals painted over them. Decalcomaniacs makes decals for Arab Armies. They are mainly for T-34 & T-54/55, but I believe the marking for the Syrian T-55 and T-62 would basically be the same. Here is a link to their ebay site:
