Skif makes a kit of the D-30 in plastic in 1/35th. It's not great, but the gun is better than the D-30's distinctive 3-legged carraige, so it will be OK for your conversion.
I think either Gunze or Pitroad maybe made an all-metal kit of the D-30 a while ago too, I kinda recall seeing one on Ebay a while back.

Pretty cool variant, thanks for bringing it to everyone's attention BTW.
