Hi Mike,
The tank in the picture is a prototype of a proposed license build Yugoslavian T34/85 variant. The vehicle has a new turret and also a different hull front. A very small number were build before the decision was taken to abort the program. Beside costs aspects the diminshing relations between Tito and Stalin were to blame for the end of this venture.
