I do not have any plans or measurements, but I have some very high quality digital photos of the Strykers with slat from which you could probably make your own plans. If you are interested send me your e-mail address and I will send them to you. Or just run a google search on images for Stryker Slat. I got a bunch of hits but the best one (which I also have at work, possibly in even more resolution) is here:
