Hello all,

I'm about to pick up the Trumpeter Type 59, as it's only ten dollars and it looks to be a fun build. I was thinking I'd like to paint it as an North Vietnamese tank, circa 1972, but I can't find any good reference for the NVA, online or otherwise. A Google search turned up very little, and there's nothing on this site or on Missing-lynx (my two favorite AFV sites). Does anyone have any idea what color/colors to to paint an NVA tank? Also, why is there such a derth of NVA armor? I realize that Vietnam does not lend itself to armored warfare, but there were tanks on both sides, in both conflicts. I've seen T-series tanks from every country but Vietnam...what's the deal?

Any advice would be appreciated,

Jason
