Hi Alex,
to best of my knowledge, this photo was taken in mid '60 because considerable markings and light color of tank (Israeli tanks was painted olive drab up to 1961, and virtually without marking excepting serial numbers, and during Suez crisis, with white outlined blue crosses on engine deck and sometimes with white S. Andrew crosses on turret), and for US style tankers helmets of crew and French style helmet of man standing on M50 engine deck.
