"NEGATORY! I've got just about every book on the IDF I can find, especially on the 6 day war and there is NOT a single photograph ANYWHERE in those books showing Israeli troops with British helmets at that time. Those helmets were TERRIBLE! Even the British had quit using them by 1967"

Please see pg 133 of Tom Gannon's Israeli Sheman book from Darlington Productions for a photo of a M7 crew wearing the old British helmet. The photo is dated 29MAY67. Also, see pg 41 of Steve Zaloga's "Tank Battles of the Mid-East Wars Vol.1" for a photo of M7 crews wearing the old British helmet. It is in the section related to the Six-Day War.
