Do you have a link to the article?....there was an article back in May 2007 surmising about the same thing but the Leopard C2 is still being used in combat side by side the Leopard 2A6M.
Considering that Kraus Maffei is ceasing producing Leopard 1 parts any tanks supplied....if they are supplied....will eventually run our of spare parts.....and who will train the Afghan crews? Canadian crewman are busy enough in Afghanistan...or just getting back from Afghanistan...or training to go back over to Afghanistan on the new Leopard 2A6M. |
