| Subject: | Thanks, and a new question... | |

I already have the M68 gun, but I've found a pic form a M68 gunned Sho't-Kal Gimel, so I think that an M68 w/ thermal sleeve can be used as well, I mean, for a Sho't-Kal Dalet... What I really want to know is: I have the Tamiya kit, and it comes with the early 20 pdr. Type A barrel, and I already have the M68 gun, I supose that the L7 and the M68 have the same barrel length. I've noticed that the 20 pdr. barrel is noticeably longer than the M68 barrel I have... Is that correct? So I want to know the M68 barrel length from a Centurion mantlet, from the tip to the mantlet, as seen in my attached pic, so I can increase my M68's length if it is too short. I'm not looking for the AFV Club provided turned aluminium barrel overall length, only from the mantlet in a finished kit. That's why I was lookin for someone who has both Tamiya and AFV Club kits, for that person to make a size comparison between the kits, because I thought that the Tamiya kit was out of scale, too big like the Tamiya T-62, and that's why the 20 pdr. barrel was longer that the 105 mm. barrel. For some reasons, I guess that the the Tamiya kit is not out of scale, so I made the new question about the barrels themselves. Thanks a lot in advance...Most regards.
