Hi Jason:

Would it have to be Canadian crews that provided the training? This could be a good way for other NATO countries, such as Belgium, that use or have used Leopard Is to contribute to the Afghan mission. I don't know how much uniquely Canadian equipment there is on the C2s that might complicate this idea, but it might work. Ditto for contributing spare parts to the Aghan army - countries that are withdrawing or have withdrawn first-generation Leopards and still have spares could donate them.

What is the latest on us receiving our purchased ex-Dutch Leopards? Any firm timeline?
