Curtis,
Sounds about right for the basic Leopard except that I believe that on the borrowed german Leopards we are keeping the MG3s and not swapping in the C6s. Among other things You will also need the new antenna mounts, the combat camera website has some useful new leopard photos to assist your build. Good luck with the add on armour array.
As for the M113A3s we have two flavours over there, the variant with the 1M turret and the variant with the remote weapons station. Bar/slat armour is on some but most pics show it not fitted. As for the myriad of mods froma stock M113 (add on armour plate, fittings, tracks etc) you best bet is the New Best Value Modetls TLAV conversion. See the following thread for further details
