Mike,

At least in the late '80s, 4.2" fuzes came 8 to a can similar to a .50 cal ammo can.

The fuze rack won't likely be completely full of fuze cans as the rounds are fuzed when prepped. You can just make out the fuze can in the video grab I've attached.
