| Subject: | BRITISH M109 | |

I am currently working on a British M109
and wondered whether anyone knew if
the turret top had the same/similar equipment
such as spades, hammer etc, to the German
version. Or was it possibly left bare or with
British equipment?
I know lots of variants exist/ed in terms of
how stowage was carried out. Also is the
cover/shroud at the front of the turret covering
the top gun fitment always there on British vehicles.
I have limited photos and have searched the
net inc British army picture library but have not
had much luck in finding photos/diagrams of the
turret roof.
Any help in written, photo or diagrammatic form will be much
appreciated.
Thanx in advance,
