Yes they were, Bob.
What refs I have on the Korean War seem to indicate that trucks were
used much more widely as frontline troop transports during this conflict
than during WWII. Lots of pictures show trucks immediately behind tanks,
something that was much less common in WWII.
As for truck types, it appears that they were all the same as used in
WWII, namely the GMC 2 1/2 tonner (Army), the IHC equivalent (Marines),
and the Dodge 4-wheel WC-52 and 6-wheel WC-62 (Army and Marines).
