Olivier,

I believe there is a set by SP Designs (who have also a range of BTR 80
turrets, updates and conversions).

I haven't seen the set so I can't tell you how good it is, but it should
be much easier to find than the Miniart set.

I found the easiest way to get SP Designs item is through F&F Models in
the UK (they have an ad in military modelling)
