Gordon,
Sorry for the delayed reply, but I'm not sure that there were any, at least in NWE. There are some veiled references to the wrecker versions being used and one reference to Federals being purchased as W.D surplus post-war, but nothing else springs to mind. I'd love to be proved wrong though. Have you got a particular reference for their use by British forces?
