Hi,
In my research on the KV 2 I have never come across this cross matching the KV turret to a Panzer 1V chassis. All that I have seen is the addition of a panzer cupola and applique armour made from BT 5 or 7 Side plate armour cut up and weled on. I have my doubts that the panzer chassis would be strong enough to carry it.
More to the point they captured nearly every one including a train load of brand new never issued ones.
I leave you to make up you mind but for me NO.
