IMHO, dollar for dollar, the best modelling reference for the Tiger series has to be MMIRs "The Modelers Guide to the Tiger Tank". I'm wearing mine out, and I find it SO much better than their Sherman guide.
For color, the new Vanguards are great on any subject. And one reference that some overlook are the newer decal sets made for Tigers. Many makers now have full color schemes along with complete marking references for particular vehicles.
