I must agree with the earlier replies on you project. It seems complex. You could think about buying a Tiger Models mid prod turret, as the Tiger I initial turret didn't have an escape hatch among others. See (do a search for "turret" and scroll down):

You'd also need the S-mine dischargers on the hull plus some other small hull fittings and different tracks.
A good source is Osprey New Vanguard No. 5 "Tiger I", by Jentz and Doyle.
