That's one set I don't have Kevin, but if you don't have luck getting a copy of the AA instructions (have you tried AA for a replacement?) I've got an illustration of the shell and propellant case, but unfortunately not the boxes.
If you squint at it a bit you can make most of the decals out on the web site photo.
