Gary,
the SdKfz 7 and the SdKfz 8 (12to) were used as tractors for the SdAnh 115 (i guess it was good for 15tons). There is one famos photo of a SdKfz8 towing the 115 with a 4,7cm Panzerjäger I named Graf Spee.
