| Subject: | M36 Jackson tracks | |
| Date: | Jun 28, 2006 |
| From: | Neil Oram | |
Some help wanted. In Sqd publications of US tank destroyers in action, they show the M36 with what looks like the T54 type steel track (page 45). I have a spare set of individual links with this pattern (from a Dragon M4 kit) but they also have three "bolts/studs" on the track. The picture of the M36 does not show this clearly.
Could these tracks be used? Or do I need to trim these "bolts/studs"
off to get a good representation.
I believe these "T54" tracks were first issued with the Dragon Firefly
kits and may be a British version.
I'd like to use them rather than the vinyl tracks
Thanks
Neil. |
