| I am reading Panzer Aces by Franz Kurowski (Stackpole Books). He stated that when Herman Bix (a Panther Commander) arrived in a city in Russia by rail, they drove right off the side of the flat cars and went straight into a fight with the Russians. I get the impression they were ready to go, so I don’t see why a Marder would be any different. |
