Andrew Devey states in his book "Jagdtiger - Technical History" that only the first 8 Porsche Jagdtigers (chassis numbers 305003 to 305010) had zimmerit. Devey further states that 2 or 3 (305003 to 305005) had the zimmerit applied up to the lower set of spare track hooks on the superstructure sides, while the remainder had zimmerit up to the upper set of spare track hooks.
