Hi
This is the closest I can get to the fuel filler of the Marder II.
The picture was taken by a good friend of mine. Larry Bloodgood, and used with his permission. The Marder is the one from the Patton Museum and the picture was taken after it had been re-painted. I know it isnt the cap it-self, but from what I have seen it seems to be missing on the Patton Museum vehicle. Therefore, I dont know if this will be any good to you at all, but it is worth a try.
