I am bulding the Tamiya Stug G III fruhe (sp?)

1. I am assuming that it is o.k to build without zimmerit
2. If so am I limited to which battalion decals I can use?
4. Where can I find info on the OOB of the stug battalions?
3. Would a non "zimmed" stug ever have been used by waffen SS unit?

Thanks for your patience, Ii did a search of this site but no real answers to my questions.
