From the reference material I have, the short answer is no.
Here is the long answer.
For the campaign in the west (1940), six independent heavy self propelled infantry gun companies were formed. They were numbered 701 to 706. These were attached to six of the panzer divisions taking part in the campaign.
701 - 9th Pz Div
702 - 1st Pz Div
703 - 2nd Pz Div
704 - 5th Pz Div
705 - 7th Pz Div
706 - 10th Pz Div
After the campaign in the west, it appears that these companies were absorbed into the divisions to which they had been attached. For example: for the start of the campaign in Russia, the 10th Pz Div lists the 706th as part of its order of battle. Also, none of the independent heavy self propelled infantry gun companies is mentioned in the order of battle for the German Army for Operation Barbarossa.
The only one of the above mentioned Pz Divs to fight in North Africa was the 10th. However, by the time it arrived, near the end 1942, no "Bison I's" were part of its order of battle.
Hopefully that helps.
Enjoy!
