Dean,
According to Hunnicutt the M26 Pershing turret was fitted to a late production M4 with big hatches and VVSS suspension in July 1944. This was a one off experiment since both the Sherman and Pershing have a 69 inch turret ring. There was never a production run of this type Sherman and a speculative drawing of a late M4 with HVSS suspension appears in Hunnicutt's Sherman book. So if you were to do this as a model you would have to get an upper hull of a late M4 like from Tank Workshop or Armoured Brigade, lower hull Sherman with VVSS suspension and an early T26 turret which differes slightly from the production T26E3 Pershing. A figure of General Holly looking at the thing would also help since he was the official that the project was presented to.
