| An oddball question--but I've come across photos, here and there, that show abandoned or battle-damaged tanks with their tracks missing: my guess is that maintenance crews stripped what they could from the hulks before vacating the battlefield. Does this make sense? Were track links the sort of item you would cannabilize? |
