Hi Tony,
I have just checked the Verlinden website - try ordering VP 0346 Tank Tool & Equipment boxes. This is currently in production. The bin you want for NW Europe is the left-hand one on the top line of turret bins on the box illustration, the one with the lid fitting flush to the top of the bin. The long rear hull bin is also in this set, sometimes fitted instead to the glacis plate of some UK Shermans. I have also seen a photo of a command tank with the long bin welded to the hull side.
Accurate Armour also produce a Firefly update set which contains both these bins, along with tools & tow cable etc.
From your e-mail address it appears as though you could be in UK, so Historex Agents would probably be your best bet if considering the Verlinden set.
Hope these options help.
Regards,
Chris |
