| All the books referenced above are fantastic. If you want something a little different, ie. more text and fewer photos/drawings of actual combat and non-combat ops in a Tiger I, try Otto Carius' book, "Tigers in the Mud." It will give you a pretty good feeling for what it must have been like to fight in a Tiger. It's been about ten years since I read it, but his tales are amazing and show you how otugh the Tiger I really was. |
