Hi Rob,
I agree on the alternate sources for the BARs, especially as the days progressed after D-Day. That helped make the BAR-equipped paratroop figures more plausible. But it's nice to know they could be used in a diorama essentially from the time the paras hit the LZs.
Speaking of weaponry, do you know if they jumped with .30 MGs, or were those dropped by pack? I've always assumed the latter, but don't recall reading anything about this one way or the other.
