Tim,
I've never seen any info on how they were packed. That might be a good question for the forum on Mark Bando's website, which I'm sure you're familiar with. He and others are pretty good about answering specific questions like that.
Sorry I can't be of more help there. But I'm always happy to chat/share about US Airborne stuff.
