Probably not.
But you could go for a 10cm Kanone 18. The 15cm sFH 18 and the 10cm Kanone 18 shared the carriage and therefore were in the same weight class. The leFH 18 is too light to be regularily towed by the 7tonner so the Kanone 18 or the sFH 18 would be appropriate.
(both guns are coming from Trumpeter).
of course it is possible sdkfz 7 towed a leFh18 in emergency but if you show it as built model many experts will ask stupid questions and comments, that the choice is not plausible.
