Hi Frank,
I think the photographer walked around the vehicle. ;-) It is the same one as the photo above from which we can follow the tire tracks to see that they go under both sets of tires. What does this mean? It means that the wheels span is the same for both front and rear axles, and the straight tire tracks indicate that the tires are pointed directly fore and aft (no turning radius).
Let's not forget what the rear wheels turning can do to the mounted sand channels.
