Just for your information. It was indeed the Jagdpanzer IV L/70.Any of the anti tank weapons mounted on any Pz IV chasis was A Jagdpanzer IV. Jagdpanzer is a generic term meaning literally " armored hunter".This name is applied to all of the non-turreted anti tank vehicles the Germans used in WWII regardless of which chasis was used.
