The Tamiya "mid" production kit is not appropriate for the battle of Kharkov (I assume this it what you are referring to by "karakov"). Tigers during this time all had the drum commander's cupola and other early features depicted in the Tamiya "early" Tiger kits. None would have zimmerit.

Kharkov changed hands a few times during WW2. Tigers were used for the there during the third battle for Kharkv during the Manstein offensive after the fall of Stalingrad, this was Feb-Mar, 1943. SS Tiger units where used there and they were most likely in dark grey and white.

The last battle for Kharkov followed after Kursk in August of 1943. I am not sure if any Tiger units participated. If they were then they would have been also the "early" versions. So again the Tamiya "early" kit is appropriate.

Paul.
