Hi Alex,
I would think the guns were identicle and perhaps supplied to the BEF by France.
Here is a shot of the gun being used by British troops, the wheel tread looks the same.
It would be nice to see this gun done by a modern kit maker. With Tamiya doing the early French stuff they opened a market not touched in decades.
