Most of the items have already been mentioned, though the Syrian Panzer IV's were acquired from France, not Spain (they had new French manufactured tires vulcanized onto the wheels). Some may have also come from Czech sources.
The British had VW put the Beetle into production postwar to equip occupation units (and put people to work). US Military Police had Beetles for occupation duty in 1948, as well. Not aware of military use of the Kubel postwar, though many turned up in civilian hands, or used by forest rangers and such. The Kettenkrad was also used by foresters and farmers.
The Czechs built Hetzers postwar for Switzerland, so technically, they weren't surplus German equipment. The Eastern allies of the Nazis had German equipment onhand until the Soviets got around to re-equipping them with T-34's.
My favorite use of "German" tanks was a troop of Hotchkiss H-39 light tanks that were captured in 1940 and converted to German use with modified cupolas and German blackout lights, used by the Germans to occupy France, then recaptured by the Free French, who repainted them Olive Drab and used them to occupy Germany in 1945-46.
