I think you're referring to the 3.7cm Flakzwilling 43 which had them stacked vertically atop one another.
Flakpanzers weren't that common and the 3.7cm Flak 43 (single barrel) was used but there's no discussion I'm aware of using the twin Flakzwilling 43.
You can see some data on them in Ian Hogg's "German Artillery of WW2"
