Hi Kim,
Yes, the Tetrarch was deployed in Normandy. Reports tell of them running into trouble after crossing the ropes of parachutes in the field. No idea if they actually saw action or that these problems prevented them to leave the landing zones altogether.
I encountered a few pictures on a French online archive some time ago, showing at least one Tetrarch after the battles. Perhaps someone here remembers this website; In the meantime I'll try to locate the website.
