Not much choice I'm afraid.
There's one pic of a Panther A early without zimm from either Pz Lehr or 2SS (?), KO'd in Normandy. Use the Dragon Panther A early kit.
For Tigers, I think there was one Tiger I early KO'd in the Ardennes, that belonged to a remote control tank unit.
If making zimm seems daunting, try Cavalier or Atak resin zimmerit sheets.
