Glad to help.

If you really want an early-war crew, there are at least three excellent sets available. Alpine has two sets of crew in 1941-42 type uniform. They are pricier than plastic but they are without peer in quality, IMO.

If you want to stick with plastic, Zvezda has a set of four crew that is also quite good. It has been sold under several labels including, IIRC, Italeri. You often see them available at shows for $5 or so. These are the figures that come in the Zvezda BT-7 kit.
