Well, it is funny.
But there is no tactical sense for this vehicle. Such a heavy tank with a (or even 4) small 2cm FlaK (AA gun) ... lighter tanks would have made more sense. Thats why the Germans planned to use Panzer IV (you know "Kugelblitz"?) or Panzer V "Panther" as base for light FlaK in full closed turreds.
("Wirbelwind" and "Ostwind" used open turrets with thin armour)

This turret for Panzer V "Panther" was a real projekt.
I for myself think, a Panther is still to heavy for a light FlaK, for this a Panzer IV is the optimum base vehicle.
