Hi guys,

I'm thinking on starting a M3A4 Lee project mixing the Tasca Firefly lower/rear hull, engine deck and early heavy bogies with Academy's M3 lee kit, a lot of plastic card and a lot of scratch building.

Only 109 of these very late Lees were build. Can someone tell me if and where these were used?

The UK gave the tank a Lee MKVI designation, and with the engine type it had a place in the British supply line, but I cannot find any reference if they were actually delivered to Great Britain or other Commonwealth countries.

Perhaps they were only used for training in the US mainland?

Any information, pics included, would be very welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Alex
