I believe the "conversion" utilizes tamiya's prototype flakpanzer/mobelwagen with the proposed flakverling gun mount.
This "thing" is totally silly, and shouldn't even make it onto a drafting table. First, the weight of the missile and launcher would cause the whole thing to tip over because of its high center of gravity. Second, as the missile travels down the launcher rail, it would surely tip it over because the laucher rails would need to be long in order to give the missile adequate distance to accelerate and align itself on course. Third, the suspension on the panzer IV chassis would play havoc with the guidance of the missle because the vibrations from the launching would alter the azimuth of the misslie.
Fourth, the missile has practically no vertical tail fin. It would likely be (laterally) unstable in flight.
It is amusing, and it goes to show how a creative mind can put older kits to use.
ROFL
